We are seeking a reliable and organized Remote Personal Assistant / Payroll Clerk to support a busy professional in managing email correspondence and facilitating charitable donations. This is a work-from-home, flexible schedule position offering $25 per hour.
Responsibilities:
• Receive and manage incoming emails, ensuring timely responses.
• Assist in coordinating and processing donations from investors.
• Make payments and contributions to selected charity homes accurately and efficiently.
• Maintain records of all financial transactions related to donations.
• Provide general administrative support as needed.
Requirements:
• Strong communication and organizational skills.
• Basic understanding of financial transactions and record-keeping.
• Ability to work independently and maintain confidentiality.
• Reliable internet connection and home workspace.
• Must have a valid bank account.
• Must possess a government-issued ID and Social Security Number.
• Prior experience in administrative or finance roles is a plus.
